I was supposed to have an online interview with Infosys for Mechanical Design Engineer but never received the meeting invite. Now when I try to contact their support team their reply was "We are not aware of the next available slots for the selection process. We have your profile in our database & will consider it whenever we conduct the selection process for your skillset and experience range in future"
Is this the kinda "support" they have to offer to candidates?

What are the chances of getting a lower offer because you're POC applying at a fairly large law firm? Not big law or anything but still.
