Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. Shall learn new courses like AWS... its totally different from my experience I am not sure it will help to my career.

Hi. I am desperate to change jobs. I have two offer in hands: Deloitte Hyderbad on a contract basis with 15% hike and KPMG Bangalore FTE with 25% hike. I like Deloitte as a brand better.
None of of these two companies are willing to offer more saying that they have a tight budget.

Which one should I take? Please help me decide.

In my offer letter, nothing is mentioned about variable pay, but the recruiter had mentioned to me about 0-12% variable. Am I missing anything. Do they have any variable component in the salary or not.
