Is anyone aware about what would be the average hike percentage this year for the folks getting promotion from Assistant Manager to Manager in EY GDS? Also is there any separate hike for the promotion cases?

Additional to this I heard some high rated people would get increment in the month of Oct (just after Sept) as a mechanism to retain people. Is anyone aware of the same?

It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ?
