Hi there. I have been a reg nurse in a practice setting for over a decade. Just wanting to get an idea of what other practice nurses are on as a pay rate if possible as a comparison to hospital nurses as I'm keen on a shift into hospitals. I started off on 22, moved to 24 then 28. Moved jobs in order to get a pay rise and recognition and accepted and stayed on 32 for 4 years as they made excuses as to a pay rise. In my current job I'm on 46. I do feel it's too much but I'm not complaining!

Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. So i had absconded from my previous company. I returned all the company stuff & i put a mail to my manager as well. & after a year i had to pay up for the 2month notice period that I didn't serve. & then they gave me my relieving letter as well.
