Offers are from SAP SDC and EY GDS with almost same salary structure and same location.

Can you tell me which one is better to join considering all benefits and work assignments..

I was at Big 4 consulting for a year before lateraling to ACN recently. It’s been about 6 months at ACN. Now I have an industry offer for Product Manager, which has been my eventual goal. Would it be too soon to jump? Or should I stick around for better exits in a couple of years may be? I’m worried the frequent changes won’t look good on my resume
4 YOE overall, TC at Product Manager is about 20-25k > ACN.

Hi Fishes, im currently in energy consulting domain. 6 yr YEO. Non IT background with PG. took up a course on advanced certifn. in DS and AI w Intellipaat in the hopes of a hike or a possible career transition. CTC is 7.9 .
