Oracle India Pvt Ltd has extended an offer with 25% hike. The salary includes AGP + Retiral Benefits and Joining Bonus.

I have been told Bonus pay is at company's discretion. Please let me know how is the yearly hikes for Oracle Cloud , how often Bonus is paid.

I have a similar offer with PWC AC but with no joining bonus. I am still in dilemma to decide.@OracleIndia@PWCAC@OracleCloud
