Her internship at EY got over on 19th April and before that she was already informed she will be converted to permanent emp. But her DOJ was delayed for 20 days and she got her permanent emp credentials on 9th May. She was still not paid for these 20 days (. Her manager informed that she will get payment with bonus but thats also didn't happen.

Has anyone faced something like this? Thanks in advance!

Have an offer from AWS for an L7 Principal PMT role: $215k base + $275k sign on bonus for Year 1 and $215k for year 2 + 5100 RSUs (@ $130 / share). This is the initial offer; where is there room for negotiation? Base or Sign on Bonus or RSUs? I realize it's a good offer, but I'm looking for: $225k base + existing sign on + 5500 RSUs. Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?

PSA: The grass is greener in a regional firm if you can lateral over as a partner. I lateralled over last year and my billable expectation is only 1700. I have my own clients and make about 100k (after bonus) more than I did as a senior associate. The upside is probably capped because top equity partners probably make 1.5 to 2 million here but it is all worth it for the WLB. I only take on what I want to do and I help out other partners only when I feel like it.

Promoted to Manager from Senior Consultant 2 in Business Consulting Risk Advisory. Current package is INR 17.5 L fixed with 7.5 years of total work experience. Bonus received is 25%.
