Currently I'm working at Accenture as packaged app development analyst (dell boomi consultant) and my current CTC is 5.25 fixed. YOE 2 years 7 months with boomi technology

And I gave an interview at Infosys for boomi consultant role and they offering 9.72 as fixed CTC and 1L variable pay for Associate role.

Is this offer a good one to accept or not .

Please provide your valuable suggestions as per your experience, I was not be able to decide help me out.

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?

Considering a jump from Chicago to New York. I truly love living in Chicago and how far this salary gets me but I definitely want to try to make it in New York.

The only problem is my significant other has a lot of negative opinions about New York. I ultimately want to return to DC but I feel like a few good years in New York would be really good for me. I got a offer from @indegene for the role of Senior Manager and designation is B3 they are offering me a CTC of 33 LPA ( Fixed + Variable). No Joining bonus

Offered Role = Senior Engineer (demotion)
Offered Salary = 28.5 LPA

Do you think, its a good offer or i could have expected a better offer? Please suggest.
