I have 8 years experience as Java backend developer (Spring boot,microservices,hibernate,REST API)
Please help me understand what should i ask for CTC and designation. Current CTC is 15.5LPA.
Please help me decide CTC that’s fits best to my experience, skill set and LTM standards.

If you had 2 mortgages at the exact same interest rate (1 is a 15 year and the other is a 30 year), does it make sense to put extra payments (say 400 per month) towards one or the other?
