Hello folks, I received an offer from Ibm bangalore and completed the background verification forms etc. The HR team is asking me for the bank account statements for salary I received during my first company which was a startup. It was a very small scale company and I used to receive my salary in cash with no tax and pf deductions. I have already resigned from my current company. I am worried abt the background verification outcome. Anyone had a similar experience? Suggestions pls!IBM Former IBM

Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%. I really wanted to stay here so I said okay to current. Then now hr called me and said they are matching the offer(no vp). What should I make out of it? What made them change their mind?
