I don't have much dependency at home but I like the flexibility of working from home. How much value should I give to wfh vs company/brand.

My husband wants to get into PM work in construction (Ideally WFH). Currently he’s doing lighting protection but has been very ambitious and deals a lot with multiple contractors on sites. I have started working from jul2019 and I have filed my tax return for 2020 and 2021 tax years.


However I note that there was withholding of some amount in 2017-2018 and 2019 tax years ( withholding from comission received from insurance commission from lic and United india)

I have not filed 2017, 2018, 2019 return as my total income was less than threshold

Is it possible to file return for 2017 , 2018, 2019( all r in refund) now without paying any penalty?

Hi friends. I have been offered Manager designation at EY GDS in Consulting. I have 9 years of credit risk experience in BFSI companies (apart from 3 years of pre-MBA experience in IT). I have no prior experience in consulting.

I see the current Indian hiring scene as not unreasonable inflation of salaries and astounding hikes rather as a correction; a deep upward correction.
This was long overdue. The starting salaries have remained more or less stagnant for over a decade.

India is no more the India of yore. India has had a very pertinent export for a longish period of time. Indian software engineers have long served at meagre rates in India.

Now is the time to establish some sort of equilibrium.
