My DOJ is Jan 22 in INFOSYS and i want to prepone my joining date as earlier. So contacted HR and Onboarding team and so far no update from them. What i can do to prepone it?
Do we get any call from Infosys Onboarding team prior to our joining date? Like confirmation, most of the company have this process likwise in infosys.

Out of personal experience ,I can see that during compensation discussion HR person tries to convince a women candidate for a lesser package . Now this could also be the case where it is much easier to convince women to take up the job for lesser salary.

Just joined a firm where they had appeared to be expanding their corporate group and kept seniors fairly happy.
