What should be a a good CTC for a Network Engineering role in UAE ?

Also please advise on job security for a long term perspective.

I am getting a offer of 18k AED per month.

Current CTC: 24 lpa INR

Seems like hiring has slowed down but i feel we are in for another bout of great resignations due to companies calling it's employees back now and employees finding ways to continue WFH. The ones who get lucky continue WFH while not so lucky ones will start switching and startups and other mid level companies cashing in on the talent. Looks like it's the lull before the storm.

What is the average senior tax salary in the south Florida area?

Started as a fresher in Capgemini with 6.8LPA. I switched to PwC few Months back.

CCTC in PwC AC : 11lpa with 2.10YOE.

I have an offer from LTI, my joining date is in next 2 days. Today only I got an offer for higher package from another company. If I try to negotiate with LTI will they entertain in such a last moment.
