I am an associate here and was placed on a PIP right after the first cycle for a trivial reason. Since then, I’ve struggled to focus and, honestly, haven’t been productive. OP - You are correct on all of the points. I myself raised these when I was working on my project where onshore wasn't doing much. My manager told me that I needn't extend more than required and he'll ensure that the work gets picked up onshore. The short term solution for this is to just limit your working hours to 8-9 by taking breaks in the middle because there is no quick solution to this. There might be times when even between the 5-9 overlap calls might not be possible hence late nights are acceptable then. In this case instead of just saying no you should've moved around your work hours to comply with everyone and raise the issues later on. This is what I did and it has gotten resolved now, where I don't have to sit post 8.

There are a lot of good reasons to cut down on the Consultant layer. Not saying C3 deserved it but there are some Consultants which should be just COed. C3 ke sath Bura hua

Did you always say no to work after 9 PM? Did you ensure that your project is going well even if you don't put longer hours? I usually say no to work after 8 as well, but when it's necessary I do aur late and get the work done.

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I work at a mid tier firm in an audit group of ~20 people. We’ve recently had two seniors and a manager leave, and I just found out another senior with a ton of big jobs is leaving in three weeks. Any advice on how to request a 20% raise? This is my first career out of college. I signed my offer letter knowing that I was being underpaid by 10%, as per the posted position salary. My 1-year appraisal is close and I would like to request 20% based on an increased workload; I would also like to make up for being underpaid my first year.

My dilemma: Many companies only pay up to a 4% raise. However, that will not cover much in this economy, and I would still be still underpaid.

I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. Hi all, negotiating with HR on salary for a new AS position and want to know what’s fair. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. All of my agencies have been large, I’ve worked on pharma and a large global account, I also started “managing” at the AE level due to my team’s structure. Is $80k fair? Thanks!

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Need some suggestions from everyone. I have 4.5 years experience and I was working as contractor in ZS and my CTC in parent company was 7 Lakhs.

ZS were willing to offer me FTE as ZS but at a compensation of meagre 8.5 Lakhs. I tried negotiating but they sticked with this.

How come ZS do that? Why can't they pay more as they generally pay 15+ for 4.5 years experience.
