First 6 years I have worked in production based and last year joined service based company
I have been deployed to US based banking client and directly been assigned with work without proper KTs ,I have never worked in banking client so could not able to match the speed of 20+ experienced other coligues they are 0 supportive no collaboration nothing just dumping work on me
Shall I assume that same situation everywhere service based

A campaign my partner and I thought of went into testing, but died in the process. Same idea, concept, name and execution used on another client/ campaign just a month after, that we weren’t on. Few people from the old team were on this new campaign. We’re disappointed about it and wondering if this is a common thing that happens?

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
