My current YOExp: 6.2 and I switched 4 companies & currently working in 5th(Infosys) from last 1.4 yr & I have to switch these many because of low salary and still I feel am not getting as per Industry standards.
So, should I switch now or later?? As frequent switching will effect my career in long run??

I’m currently at a studio that has been good to me. They took a chance and allowed me to change career paths. They gave me numerous opportunities that lead me to now, being the head of a department. The big guys at the top has expressed they could see me as the guy to run the company one day but it’s all talk and possibilities right now. I’ll have to wait for now. On the other hand, I have an offer in hand from a much bigger company to be part of their business development. Any advice?

Deloitte in Regulatory Risk and more precisely in their Investment Management Services team. I would like to know if anyone
knows what the job entails exactly. I keep hearing about people "fooled" into taking a job in risk advisory thinking it'll really be advisory while they only end up doing IT and Audit support (which I do not want to do).

I'm thinking about starting with a new company. I'm a commercial workers compensation underwriter with almost 3 years of experience. I currently make around 38k but I'm hearing that this is low for the market. Thinking about going to Travlers or Hartford. Anyone have experience there? What was your salary?

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? Or should I look elsewhere. Been at the agency almost 3 years, I feel like I need to switch things up for my sanity.

I have my own practice for past 5 years and have spent a lot of time building up brand and reputation. When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.
