How are the technical rounds on a quotient of 1-10(1 being very less and 10 being extremely technical)?

I am currently a medical biller and coder that just graduated. I am currently in an entry level position because I am still studying to get certified. I will have a year's work of exp in July and will sign a contract for another year because my boss is training me in more I don't know.

I got up and rushed downstairs to find the bus driver.

It was raining outside but I was already running barefoot to the bus stop.

I stood there soaked in my pajamas as the bus approached.

Then, the door opened. The driver got up and shook my hand.

I sat down and started my shift.

(F here) Met a guy at a party on Sat, followed each other on insta, then I dm’ed him my number saying “lmk if you want to get drinks sometime”. He then texts me and says something along the lines of “yeah let’s do it” but doesn’t offer any concrete plan. Does this mean he’s not super into it? Or am I overreacting and I should initiate the plan? I initiated the insta follow and the dm so I feel like it’s his turn…?
