Agree EM1. What I meant to say is that physiological issues will precede psychological issues in COVID19. If it is just anxiety, it is likely stress.
Yes, neurological issues including headaches and possibly neuromuscular issues (tingling and weakness) may happen but those usually are not the leading symptoms or prodrome. Sore throat, fever, coughing would happen first.
I assumed OP's only and primary symptom is anxiety, hence ruling out COVID.
I had tightness in my chest all morning that is very likely stress induced given my health & age but I kept thinking it’s covid all morning :(
It's not covid, but it's probably a reaction to the media coverage and political insanity around it.
