I recently joined a company where the process is completely messeup up.

I am taken as devsecops po, but I also have to be cloud tech lead, scrum master, devsecops implementor etc

They don't have release management defined and application is set to go live on December but application integrations are still happening.

There is lot of chaos, I get looped everywhere am unable to concentrate on anything and there is no work life balance

Tell me what should I do

I'm 6 months old at D! Planning early promotion next year.. counselor and pm both are backing me.. I need to go to India for at least 4 weeks in Dec ... most probably would be rolling off from current project by then .. would this vacation hurt my promotion chances coz of utilization etc?

How safe is this company in terms of work life balance ? Employees centric values ? How safe you feel working in NTT data during this recession / About to come recession?

When, or if you set time aside to take care of yourself or do something for yourself, what do you do? I'm realizing I don't really have any "healthy" ways of relaxing outside of work, so drop whatever you got. It's starting to affect my personal life and I'm worried I won't be able to have healthy relationships unless I can take care of myself first.

Recently got an offer from PharmEasy for the Data Analyst role with a 30 % hike from current salary at Deloitte, where CTC is 8.1 LPA
But will have to pay in the training cost along with the joining bonus which comes up to 2.4 lac. Really confused what to do as I've been on bench for 3 months now with no learning opportunity and don't know what kind of projects I might get ahead and what about the wlb as compared to PharmEasy.
Some insights will be much appreciated :)
