I am done with all round of TCS even started with a negotiation round too. First call HR said we can give you 16lpa including variables. I have tried to go for a fixed 16lpa. And now she says Management only afford 12lpa. Even at the same time she says you deserve 14-15lpa fixed as per market, the mangt can only afford 12lpa. Back to back call from HR. Doc verification started what it means? They have a good budget as far as I know from consultancy.

Ex:6 BA current CTC 8.5.
Please suggest.

A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. I accepted TCS offer with 50% hike. Later I got other opportunities with 120% in CTS, LT, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Mphasis, Accenture. Requested TCS for salary revision. Asked me to send counter offer. No response from them. My DOJ is on Dec 13, do TCS keep me in blacklist if I don't join? Please suggest.

Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)?
