As things start to open up fully, some of my institutional clients are sending notices that we are expected to do X activity over zoom from here on out (things we used to do in person). I just graduated and I have made it pass the third interview which was a two part working interview that I will receive compensation for. I have BS degree in healthcare professions and wanted to know if 40k is too low of salary to start off as a compliance officer for a pharmacy that provides discounted medications. My first 3 months will be training for my position but I will be paid the same. The job hasn’t offered me a dollar amount yet and I want to be best prepared.

I know people will say no promotion potential or that’s not how it works…but what if it could? What if you make yourself valuable by still setting your boundaries? Why would we resent someone who has that opportunity?

I have been offered 15000 PLN monthly gross with luxoft poland. Can anyone suggest after paying taxes how much I can expect in hand monthly. Also I have offer from hcl 14lpa and baker hughes and I have not negotiated offer with any of them. YOE - 3.5yrs. Also my notice period ending next month 8th July. Can anyone suggest what should I prefer?
