Hello! How would you negotitate start date? I am in final round with 3 orgs next week. I imagine it may take a week to hear back and then I’ll be given a few days to decide bringing accepting to likely to the end of the week of April 7 then pre-screening if selected. I have a non-refundable trip the last week of May and I wasn’t expecting the process to drag out so long.

I am totally fine to support remotely in a new role I just cannot take the financial hit of skipping out.

I have an Interview with Atlassian for a pre sales solutions engineer role in Canada that requires 5-8 YOE . What's the salary range I should be aiming for ?

Is getting a masters worth it? Would pursuing a masters degree earn me any hike in my current job (current role: data analyst)?

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior). How do I approach this with my boss as I’m not sure she’s aware I’m actually technically a junior? Revolving around asking for a move up + raise

I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?
