I am pursuing my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction.

Some people says once you move out from IT sector, there is no chance getting back to it. Is this really true?

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. hey folks, does anyone have advice on how to leave a company that you just joined? I’ve been at my agency for barely two months before getting an amazing offer elsewhere. How do I leave? Should I leave before or after the holidays? My team/boss are SO nice, and I’d hate to burn a bridge.

I am Product Owner, and have an opportunity to change my Title to "Product Manager". The actual work I'm doing will not change significantly, it's just a Title change, since I've been working less and less with the scrum teams and doing more product analysis over the last year. My main goal with this is to ensure this looks good on my CV. My thought is a Product Manager role seems more senior to a product owner. Any thoughts on this and any advice on how to approach this?
