Hello, I am an agency owner thinking about selling my book of business. It has been hard running an agency all alone. At this time I am not able to grow fast enough to hire a producer. Many do not want to work for 100% even if commissions are high. I have applied for jobs within the insurance industry but I don't get calls back. Maybe I am asking for too much money. But as a recruiter what do you recommend to apply for? Or should I try to keep my agency and work another industry too?
