I got an offer from PWC India and WNS Vuram for power platform developer and RPA, which firm should I consider joining?
PWC India work policy is 2 days per week and WNS Vuram is quarterly 10 days, and both are offering same LPA, but PWC India has 25 percent Variable pay from base salary.
Need your advise on this

-Senior Consultant.
-Similar position to now, better progression.

Role 2.
-95k base, 16% bonus, good benefits.
-National grocery chain.
-Slightly different role: more admin / training others / governance / custom coding connectors, etc.

I am going to move in the next few month to a location with a higher cost of living due to personal circumstances. Just say NO, Sorry your skills are not a match, don't ignore. You were also candidates once.

Worse they say We'll check or get back to you. But never come back. Luckily I got selected into a tier-1 company and their Recruiter ignored me once 😂. I am gonna personally meet that recruiter on Day1.

Permanent WFH is mentioned, however in the offer letter there is nothing mentioned for
