I have an upcoming interview for Etsy's Fraud Investigator. Any heads up on how the process goes?

All the interviews I have gotten from other companies, seemed pretty good match to me and since I have genuinely worked on, I hoped to portray it like that but somehow I get super tensed and mostly mess up the STAR method. I started hating on myself for blowing up the leads I am getting without any referrals in this dry market. :(

Hi fishes, my friend recently had a bitter experience with Dish Network. So her profile was shortlisted and they asked few questions over email. It did take good 2hrs to answer and she replied back. HM said we are good to go for interview and sent an invite. On the day of interview nobody turned up, neither they gave an update later. She did follow up for a couple of days but no response. Is there any reason why this happens ? Me being in HR field felt this to be a little unprofessional.

How many days will it take for Wells Fargo to release the offer letter ?

Recent lateral junior associate in brand new practice where I'm the only associate.
