Hello! I just received an offer from State Farm for the Claim Specialist- Subrogation position. Anyone here familiar with this role? With other carriers subrogation consists of reviewing inbound demands for our at fault insurers and paying based on what is reasonable. The job description with State Farm indicates it’s a call center environment and that it consists of proactively investigating claims… is this essentially a claims adjuster position with the added subrogation responsibility?

Folks who trade more than a couple of times a day, do you have to have your crypto in the exchange during the non-trading times ? I am debating if it’s safe to keep in the exchange or is there a better way perhaps moving from cold storage to exchange every time ? I know the transaction fee is a killer . Thoughts ?

Do you get the feeling that there is a higher image promotion of women/minority people in Tech?I have seen way to many pictures from major tech companies that promote far more women/minorities than white males in their marketing materials.Wouldn't be better if we hired the best people no matter what the race/gender is?I know some companies are not publishing any gender/race stats but you cant't really demand a 50/50 ratio.Also there is no coincidence that most execs is some companies are British. So this goes both ways.
