I recently completed my masters from Rotterdam School of Management and I have interview scheduled with one of the Venture Capital firm based in amsterdam. Would love to know what the average salary one can expect in VCs. For the anchor B4 pays around 50-60k (Gross). Should I anticipate something in this range or much higher?

Recently, my appraisal cycle got completed. So whenever a recruiter asks about CTC, will I need to add the Gratuity and Insurance and then tell the Total number.

In my company Total CTC = CTC + Gratuity + Insurance.

Harman @ 15 LPA (In Samsung Project and the will have to work from client side office i.e. Samsung office itself)

Both are in Product Engineering domain in the Embedded Systems space.
