Hello! I run a non-profit that facilitates volunteering services for homeless shelters. Currently volunteers upload a resume file to a workshop record on their experience cloud site through a flow. Shelter program coordinators have access to the workshop record in their separate experience cloud site but cannot see the file the volunteer uploaded. Any tips on how I can fix this? Looks like file sharing across sites is limited?

1. What should I tell to the interviewer, if he asks why am I looking to move out of a firm within a month?
2. What should I tell to my existing firm? If they ask me a reason for moving out?
