I underwent 6 rounds of interview at Goldman Sachs and my last round happened almost a month ago.

I received positive verbal feedback and the recruiter said she’ll get back to me with an offer after internal discussions.

Has been a month now and everytime I ring her up, she says she needs some more time to get internal alignment on my offer (2-4 weeks).

What is the recruiter upto here? Has anyone else faced this with GS?

2.how much % is the variable pay ? In offer letter they didn't mention anything about it.

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. I slightly dropped my MacBook and apparently (slightly) damaged the keyboard and trackpad as per service Center. I don’t see any visible damage to the system but that’s what they say and are charging me about 28k for this even though my system is in warranty period (will complete a year in a few days). Are there any workaround for this? Like I can use external keyboard or maybe negotiate, anything else?

Infosys is not providing me my relieving letter as I left the company during probation. I worked almost for 8 months, served my notice period, return the joining bonus. I have received full and final settlement. HR is directly denying to provide my relieving letter. She said it comes under abandonment. Please suggest. HCL Technologies Hi fishes, HCL is recovering retention bonus from employees if employee resignes. I got retention bonus in sept 21 after deducting TDS and I resigned in nov 21. TCS :- 11 LPA
IBM :- 11.7 LPA
Xoriant :- 15 LPA (Fixed)
I have asked for TCS and IBM for revised offer letter as per xoriant.

TCS said it's not possible because at the time of HR discussion I don't have any counter offer.

If I will not join TCS then is there any problem occurs in future like they will block list my profile?

1. OEM maint management product called MaintWiz
2. Then joined in Ramco Logistics Product very few scope for EAM have to learn SCM from scratch in a bookish way.

Now coming to my query

1. how to find job related to consulting of EAM / CMMS / MTTR / MTBF / OEE / BD maint/ PM maint
