Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. Question for anyone who’s done VC and PE: how does diligence rigor compare for a $20mm venture investment (revenue generating, but early stage) vs buyout? I know VC doesnt have the resources or expectationto go as deep, but any color on number of hours?
