Forgive me but I am not seeing the problem.
Yeah I’m not following either. Would you mind elaborating what you are looking for? It sounds like the problem resolved itself with you resigning. And it looks like they were willing to give it to you, and that timeframe sounds about right given several approvals it likely had to go thru. Doesn’t seem there’s much left to go on or do?
I’ve requested a compensation increase before the salaries were posted to be clear. I don’t know if it were discriminatory but even if it were I’m past the EEOC timeframe. Any thoughts or guidance would be helpful!
When I was still working there, I found out that I was paid below the compensation range that was posted internally. And when they gave me the raise, they retracted it after finding out I was leaving, which although it doesn’t make a huge difference, I felt that I was owed it.
I’m not well-acquainted with HR, but I felt that it was unfair that I was paid below the compensation when I had more experience/education than other colleagues in the same position (I’ve talked to them about how much their comp),and was one of the higher performing individuals on the team.
