I have an interview for a LTC/Rehab Nurse Manager, Infection Preventionist position next week. My base salary is $40/hour as a charge nurse. What holiday party did you get?
Anyone living close to an office, got a holiday party with food and drinks, and the venue started open for them until around midnight. Our remote workers got a one hour party w a DJ and trivia that let you win gift cards. Yeah it was nice to win a gift card but I found it lame in comparison to hanging out with my team in real life.

Does anyone else have issues knowing when to stop working or managing their work-life balance? I get emails and requests at all hours and I always respond but I'm wondering if it is time to set up some boundaries and start ignoring requests after a certain point at night and on the weekends?
