Thank you all for your patience. I do appreciate it. It turns out having a side project while running multiple proposals is a trifle challenging. That said. I’m posting a first subset of the rawish data. In all close to 500 people took the survey, but a majority were from the Big Four. Here is the data from Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PWC. Not really - more about how to use the tool "Lattice" we use. But we should.
Yes on basic guideline - we also use small improvements which provides a really structured way of providing feedback and provides clear guidelines so it leaves very little up for interpretation
No, but I wish they did.
We tried to make it more equitable towards teams by doing 360 feedback so that it's not just manager vs employee, which helped level things out a lot
No training but you are encouraged to ask for feedback.
No but I wish they did. That would be amazing. I know many leaders that could use that.
