I'm searching for a systems biology job in mathematical modeling. With 5+ years of Matlab experience, I've built ODE models (flux balance models and PK compartmental model) and versed in using optimization tools. Despite my master's degree and 1 year, 10 months of hands-on experience in systems biology, I've had no interview calls in 2 months. Is there no demand in the industry or does my profile need improvement? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hey fishes!! I'm currently working for EY gds as an associate in client technology domain. I would be trained in different functions for 1st year such as project management, business analysis and product management. I want to start my career as a product manager. On the flip side, I have an offer from TCS with a approximately 60% more salary but I am not sure in which domain I'll be put into. Which one to choose. Need your suggestions.

Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?
