McKinsey & Company I will complete my masters degree in Information Security and IT Management in Sept, and I'm looking for the next opportunity for my career in the UK. I have over 5 years of experience in a IT support/systems administrator role. I've had offers (£20k-23k) but salary seem underpaid for one with a masters degree. Please can anyone help with recommendations and suggestions? I am open to relocation within the UK. EY Microsoft McKinsey & Company Amazon Google KPMG Schlumberger Boeing BAE Systems plc

Pay and benefits are good. But if you are a healthcare worker, they make you work extra hard for that pay. Not sure about administrators though, you probably reap the benefits of good pay without having to deal with patients.
I recently switched to Kaiser. Specifically, KP Digital. It is a toxic culture. See recent discrimination lawsuits and settlements…
Pay is good, but I’ve never seen as much bullying (between nurses) in healthcare as I have seen at Kaiser.
I have heard really good things about them. I had a friend who worked there and she said the culture and wlb are great. She also said the benefits are good.
