Is it ok to resign on salary structure (annexure 2) ?

#1 one of company hr shared just salary breakup(annexure-2) #2 asked me treat this is formal offer letter (this is our standard process :) ) #3 Initiate resignation process. #4.1 Share resignation email with co. hr. #4.2 HR will share appointment letter.

I fill it's risky

Note - (1) I requested final offer/appointment letter couple of times but they are treating salary structure as formal offer letter.

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
