Both are offering same ctc.

Jpmc is currently hybrid in Hyderabad but soon it will be 5 days for q2 2026.

Tmobile is hybrid.

Which one to choose?

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Guess I’m not really looking for a solution here, just venting.

I am trying hard not to just quit and walk away as I’m battling head cold but still have to bill bill bill and get criticized for not billing right and etc and cases being piled up - while everyone is looking forward to the long weekend. Had a very serious query. In my current organization I was not under taxable bracket by any means so I didn't submit any investment declarations or anything. But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket. So will I get a chance to submit my investment declarations in the new company for tds calculations in the middle of the year ? I'm new to everything so would appreciate your help. TIA :)

Only get a MacBook if you already have a windows pc, citrix workspace works best on a windows. In mac you cannot use shortcuts like Alt+tab inside the VDI. So choose wisely
