Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.
Hi all. I am trying to determine if I am being compensated fairly. I am a tax manager (about to start my second year as manager) and have been with EY since staff 1. I was promoted to manager in June 2020 (during covid) and received a 7.5% raise. The class above me has mentioned they received much higher raises during their promotion years. My base salary is now approx. 97K. Any insights would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

That was me, and they are, not for internal applicants though I don’t think. External and after the first round of interviews. Range given to me by PwC for a A1-A3 Bay Area IT Assurance was 66-88. I would suggest applying to a different big4 to get some insight. Also it is relatively new so you might get some awkward push back. Regardless, I went elsewhere and eclipsed that entire range as an A2. Grass may or may not be greener (grass didn’t change much for my move) but your wallet probably will be if you look elsewhere.
Woa “eclipsed the entire range as an A2”! That sounds amazing! Thanks for your insight btw!
I am prob not of a lot of help here but I did see a post in the accounting bowl (I think) that says hr is required to give you a range by CA law?
