I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Will my offer get reverted?Cognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture

EB3 for Seniors and below, EB2 for Managers and above
What if I am SC and they draft my job description for a Manager position. Is it okay to confirm that the minimum requirements are met even though they clearly aren’t?
^Depends on your manager/counselor who writes/approves the description.
Most companies put future expected role & wage.
If you have your milestone year in RPM to become M within 2 years then they do EB2... Your skill sets and job description will need to be prepared for Manager level
Thank you
EB2, I have many friends in consulting who were files as EB2 & the are SCs.
What about consultant level?
@D1 Advisory or Consulting?
Even if they file under EB3, you can always port to EB2 when you make manager. I waited till my promotion was official to file the perm. In hindsight, I lost an year in the priority queue
Hey guys I am being asked to approve the minimum requirements for the job description the law firm drafted for me. It is for a Manager position and I am a SC. Is it okay to approve though I don’t have the skills? Up for Manager next year.
SC1, the skills are when you get your gc, which would probably when you have great grand kids (applies to me also), so approve blindly
The email says if you don’t meet any of the requirements let us know. Also they want me to confirm my previous work experience based on the job description. Clearly I don’t have the experience a Manager has.
Your gc will never be processed by any firm if you decline this.
These are all future requirements...
Okay thanks!
They are filing for my PERM now.
