Clio and Casemap Legal are two of the most common that I’ve seen. They are the most user friendly (in my experience). There are a lot of firms that use Microsoft 365 to run their entire practices as well.
For document prep I would look into software that helps convert PDF to Word docs and apply automatic Word doc paragraph styles and numbering. Our firm uses DocStyle. They're an up and comer in legal tech but are very reasonable in pricing.
Clio Manage is great. LawMatics isn't cheap, but that's another popular one.

Clio is all around the best in my opinion. User friendly. Impeccable service and support. Has more integrations than any other platform. Constantly improving and innovating. Affordable. Just can’t go wrong in my opinion.
