My expertise lies in Apex, LWC & I’m Consumer Goods Cloud AP certified. Is the ask good or should I change ? What should be the ideal ask for 3 years of work-experience ?

I started a new job recently and then had my PTSD seriously triggered, plus a panic attack. I have 2 offers in hand currently -
1. CGI - 25LPA +1L JB
2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).

My DOJ is tomorrow, unable to decide between them. Pls help me!!

I have two offers one from IBM another from Persistent. Persistent is paying 2 lakhs more than IBM. Although IBM is giving 2 lakhs joining bonus.
