My current organization is asking for an offer letter (new employer) to match the salary

Can you shed some light on is it fine to share a full offer letter or Snip of a few pages will be sufficient?

Any thoughts on Intuit ? Work culture as well as compensation and growth

I recently did a job interview and I made it clear to the HR my expectation salary is 60k a year, non negotiable.
Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Should I accept the offer or renegotiate?

I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.
