Tomorrow is my PDM rount at IBM. Is it ok to ask for more than 80% salary hike.

Genpact offered me 27LPA , however i am still to receive salary breakup. How much variable will be there in 27LPA?

How is the final settlement calculated at Accenture? Notice period is 3 months.
Will I get normal monthly pay for the first two months? I'm leaving after completing 12 months.

What should I do now ? Or I will get the offer Lett from HCL or not ?

I’m looking to switch career from data analyst to interior designer. But from what I saw the interior designer has a relatively lower pay compared with data jobs. What should I do? Interior design work makes me happy but it earns less.
