CSM titles are found with product companies. Their job is to make sure account is growing and client is getting the most value from using the products.
Thank you everyone! What's the difference then between what a success manager does v an account executive. One of the major clients I support (I'm in ACN) has a dedicated AE, but no success manager. Wonder why
