While I am serving my notice period, a consultant contacted me about a position for senior software engineer at Publicis Sapient.

I was not interested in the role, so I declined.

Later, he started asking me where my offer was from.

I mentioned FedEx, and he said he knows a few people who were fired from FedEx.

According to him, FedEx is hiring resource and firing.

As FedEx is new in Hyderabad, could anyone please advise me on whether he is credible?

My clients are pushing back on it this year, and I can't say I blame them. If I were in their shoes, I'd rather take the risk of not filing than the expense of filing again. From my own point of view, I don't really want to spend my time on such returns, either, even if the revenue and easy return are nice.

My husband and I have no kids and order/go out very rarely, maybe once a month, and our grocery bill for just the 2 of us has risen to around $750-$800 per month this year.

It's starting to feel very unreasonable to spend so much despite not wasting much. I do buy mostly produce but not always organic, and very little meat.
