I feel depressed regarding my current situation. My current is not giving any hike and even not Pli which I deserve.
I work as a sap abap developer, I don't have official certification either not so confident that I could crack an interview. Just having the brand name of my current company n 2 YOE. I really want to get at good package at least 15L. I am confused from where to start an what to do.. I know only I have to help myself , please can any help me with the direction
