I’ve got friends who keep it active, it’s a nice to have..it shows dedication but not a requirement

like

I keep it active. It’s not hard to keep it active. You have to do firm required CPE anyways. And firm pays for the membership fee. It helps you stand out just a little bit, not much, but just a little bit

I’m going to a T2 firm and will have to check if they are able to reimburse 😅. thanks for the input!

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

Thanks

Told a friend of mine in tech I was considering moving to BCG. He asked me if I would have to move to Boston.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."

Just a reminder that outside our bubble no-one really cares about firm prestige etc.
