I got offer from UKG Noida office and I am having 5.5 year of experience and they offered me 22lpa fixed + 1.76 lpa variable, total - 23.76 lpa. Over it, they are giving good perks. I also have a offer of different product based company of range 22-23 lpa. The offer from ukg is what I asked but reading fishbowl post , job security is one of the factors which is concerning. My tech stack is cybersecurity.

Can anyone working or worked at ukg let me know what exactly going on in ukg .
