I recently had 3 rounds of interviews in Commonwealth bank of Australia(BLR) for senior platform engineer. Its been a week I haven’t heard from them yet, TA partner not replying, do they send a rejection email or inform the candidate atleast?

I am considering a role at Salesforce in their Health and Life Sciences (Pharma) mid market. Can anyone share how this division compares to others in the company? Any insight you can share about an AE role at Salesforce would be appreciated.

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? Hi fishes, I am a backend developer , my current CTC is 18 LPA. I am looking for new opportunities , I have 2 offers one was 24 fixed and then i waited for sometime and got 34 LPA (32 fixed). I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email.
I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health.

It's important to push yourself to achieve your goals, but don't forget to "Live" in the process.
